alyssa gaskins | CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Alyssa, originally born in Texas, has lived in Tennessee since 2012.

She began working for Ridgetop Properties in 2020. She has worn many hats as the company has expanded, but has now taken on a larger role as the director of operations managing the day-to-day at Ridgetop Properties.

Alyssa graduated from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time with her family in her downtime.

Chandler Gentry | DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS & LAND DEVELOPMENT

Chandler was born and raised in middle Tennessee, living in the area for over thirty years. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University where his focus was in Business Administration. With over ten years of management experience, Chandler brings leadership and excitement for customer relations. He has a passion for meeting new clients and helping others to achieve their goals. 

He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids on the weekends while cheering on his favorite sports teams. 

William moorehead - Portfolio Asset manager

Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, William is husband to Mallory and father of five boys. After attending MTSU and majoring in Finance with a emphasis in Real Estate he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Nashville School of Law. While not currently practicing law, William uses his degree to aid his business decisions and evaluations.

In 2007, William started his career in Real Estate — focusing on buying and renovating rental properties as well as developing real estate and flipping homes. In 2017, he began building and selling spec homes. Since 2021, Ridgetop Properties has expanded from a private real estate investment company to a team that handles Spec Homes, Flips, Custom Client Renovations, Custom Client Home Builds and Land Development. When he’s not working, William enjoys boating, fishing, and traveling.

mia moy | executive administrator

Mia, originally from the Chicago land area, is a graduate student from Illinois State University, where she earned a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.

Mia ensures there are smooth day-to-day operations across various departments. With a sharp eye for detail and exceptional organizational skill, she manages a wide array of responsibilities by supporting executive leadership and overseeing project timelines. 

Outside of Ridgetop Properties, Mia enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending live music events and golfing.

David Hensley | Cost and budget estimator

Born in Kingsport Tennessee, David works as a Project Manager and budget estimator for Ridgetop Properties. David has over 8 years of residential, commercial, and industrial construction experience.

David focuses on the preliminary work for new builds - getting bids, working with the design team and creating a detailed project plan. He also leads a dedicated team that manages land clearing, grade work and utility installation for Ridgetop Properties.

When David is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, racing events, and traveling. 

Braden Grundstrom | Project Manager

Braden graduated with a degree in Residential Construction Management from Middle Tennessee State University.

Originating from Byron, IL, Braden comes from a family of home builders. Growing up around construction his entire life gave him an early start for his career.

With a solid educational foundation and hands-on industry experience as a trim carpenter, Braden is well-prepared to execute and deliver a quality home with Ridgetop Properties. Braden focuses on Custom Client Jobs for both renovations, flip homes and new construction and new construction spec homes.

GraceAbbi Presley | Design Project Manager

GraceAbbi has resided in Middle Tennessee since elementary school and returned back home after graduating from the University of Alabama with a Bachelors of Science in Interior Design.

She started her career with Ridgetop Properties as the Design Project Manager after graduation, working closely with both clients and project managers to design well crafted living spaces inside and out. Her main tasks include floor plan development and material selection. 

When she's not at Ridgetop Properties, GraceAbbi enjoys spending time with family, friends and traveling. 

skylar slade | real estate acquisition & disposition

Skylar Slade is a seasoned Real Estate Acquisitions and Dispositions Manager at Ridgetop Properties, bringing a wealth of expertise in the Tennessee real estate market. Since becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent, Skylar has been committed to facilitating smooth transactions and maximizing value for clients.

A proud graduate of Illinois State University, Skylar earned a degree in Marketing, equipping him with a solid foundation in strategic communication and market analysis. Skylar is passionate about real estate and dedicated to delivering exceptional service, ensuring every transaction is a success.

jake lenz | Assistant project manager

Jake works as one of Ridgetop Properties’ assistant project managers, assisting in new construction, renovation and custom home projects. With prior experience as a field engineer intern his attention to detail and strong work ethic ensures every job is held to the highest standards. 

Jake will be graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Commercial Construction Management.

Jacob Plemmons | Site Superintendent & Assistant Project Manager

Raised in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, Jacob works for Ridgetop Properties as a Site Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager. Jacob has several years of commercial construction and home renovation experience.

Jacob is currently working towards a degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University.

carlee sullivan | finance controller

Carlee was born and raised in Middle Tennessee where she attended Middle Tennessee State University and received her Bachelors Degree in Commercial Construction Management.

She loves organization and making people smile to boost the confidence of those she works with. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and friends. She also enjoys crocheting and crafting.

joseph bonanno | marketing and content creator

Joseph works for Ridgetop Properties as the social media manager, focusing on the company’s image and branding through various social media platforms, using his background in electronic media content creation.

He is a graduate from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Journalism and Electronic Media and also works as a producer for sports talk radio at 104.5 The Zone in Nashville.
