Initial Meeting
After you fill out our preliminary build packet, we will meet in person to get to know a little more about each other and get a better understanding of your ideas!
Second Meeting
Our second meeting will be all about your future home!
Diving more into your ideas, building a preliminary budget and putting together the pre-build details!
Deposit to Move Forward
After we meet to discuss the preliminary build of your home, you can place a deposit on your build and we can move forward to create a detailed project budget and send your plans to bid.
This process will take 30-45 days.
Contract
If you choose Ridgetop Properties as your builder, your deposit will be put towards the builder fee and we will move forward with creating/signing a build contract and starting your build plan!
Design Meeting
Once your contract is signed, you will be assigned a project manager and schedule a meeting with our design manger, GraceAbbi.
This is where you will go over floor plans, material selection, interior/exterior design choices, and more!
Ground Breaking & Build Process
Once your build plan is complete, we can break ground on your new home and start the build process.
During the build process, you will have weekly meetings with the project manager and bi-weekly site walkthroughs so that you can see the entire process of building your home from start to finish.
Final Walkthrough
Once your home is near completion, we will do a final walkthrough to make sure everything in your home is exactly how you imagined it.
Then we will add the final touched and move towards the completion of your new home.
